Cancellation/Change Policy

We only accept order changes or cancellations for orders that have not started processing. We accept and handle all changes or cancellations for unprocessed orders during normal business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm EST). For help with an unprocessed order, please reach out to theijuicecrew@gmail.com

For UPS Shipping Orders

All sales are final. Shipping orders can not be canceled, refunded, or modified once they are placed. iJuice does not assume liability for orders once they are picked up by UPS. We cannot guarantee that UPS orders will arrive by a certain date and cannot offer a refund for late orders. If you have questions or concerns about your shipping order please email theijuicecrew@gmail.com

Damaged Orders

Please provide images of the damage to theijuicecrew@gmail.com for UPS shipping orders. Replacements for damaged orders are made at the discretion of our staff.


Returns & Replacements

iJuice is not responsible for any juice that becomes too hot due to insufficient cooling or being left out too long. 

Customers are responsible for inputting their correct delivery address at checkout. iJuice is not responsible for non-delivery or late delivery of packages with incorrect delivery addresses, and the customer will be charged in full for any such orders.
